Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving your returned item.
Funds will be credited to your original payment method.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@marbelgroup.com with photos.
We’ll replace or refund the product at no additional cost.
